S7 HOLDINGS LLC operates as Vegas Offers. This policy explains how we handle information provided through our website and in conversations about your property.
Information we receive and use
Our inquiry form requests your name, property address, phone number, optional email address, and separate communication choices. We also receive information you share during your inquiry. We use these details to respond, discuss your property, arrange appointments, and keep track of your communication preferences.
Form records include submission time, source information, and IP address. Loading our website and embedded form sends technical information to our hosting and form providers so they can deliver those services. Sending us an email shares your email address and message through your email provider and our business email service.
Your communication choices
You opt in to inquiry SMS by opening our inquiry form, entering your phone number, actively selecting the separate “Inquiry texts” checkbox, and submitting the form. The checkbox is not preselected and is optional. Providing a phone number or submitting without that selection does not give SMS consent. Choosing inquiry texts does not authorize marketing texts or calls and does not activate automated marketing.
The initial text program covers individual conversations with homeowners who request contact and separately opt into inquiry texts. Messages concern your property inquiry, property questions, appointments, and updates about that inquiry. This program does not include bulk or promotional messaging.
Our property-inquiry form provides separate, optional consent choices for non-marketing inquiry texts and marketing calls. Neither option is preselected. You may submit an inquiry without selecting either option. Consent to receive inquiry texts does not authorize promotional or marketing SMS messages. Marketing outreach is not active; selecting the marketing calls choice does not activate it. Text messaging is not yet active. For now, please contact us by phone or email.
You can ask us to stop communications by email or during a call. Our Terms & Conditions explain the inquiry-text program and its STOP and HELP controls.
Service providers
We use HighLevel/LeadConnector for our inquiry form, contact records, and business communications; Google Workspace for business email and internal owner notifications; and Netlify for website hosting. These providers receive or process information needed to operate those services.
Address suggestions
When enabled, our address search uses Google Maps Platform. Text you type in the search is sent to Google to find address suggestions, before you submit an inquiry. Google's Privacy Policy applies to that processing and is incorporated here for this feature. We use the address you select for your property inquiry. You can choose “Enter address manually” instead; our manual address field does not send your typing to Google.
Property reviews and information sharing
When partners or investors review a deal, we share property details only. We do not provide the homeowner’s name, phone number, email address, or other private information about the homeowner to those reviewers. This restriction is separate from the service-provider processing described above.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
Cookies, browser storage, and tracking
The website’s address-entry script does not save your entry in cookies or browser storage. Our embedded HighLevel/LeadConnector form and service providers may use cookies, browser storage, or similar technologies for form functionality, security, and recording website visits and inquiry sources. We receive form submission and source information as described above. You can control cookies and site storage through your browser settings; blocking them may affect the form. You can contact us by phone or email if you prefer not to use the form.
Data security
Our public website and embedded inquiry form use HTTPS to protect information while it travels between your browser and those services. We use account sign-in controls provided by HighLevel/LeadConnector and Google Workspace for access to contact records and email notifications. No method of internet transmission or electronic storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Records and privacy requests
Inquiry information and communication-choice records may remain in our contact system, submission records, and business email. Ending an inquiry or opting out of messages does not automatically erase those records.
To request a review, correction, or deletion of information you provided, email mike@vegasoffers.cash or call 725-337-3809. We review requests against the records involved and any applicable retention obligations. We may need to confirm that a request relates to your information. Some records, including an instruction not to contact you, may need to be retained. We do not promise automatic deletion or a fixed deletion date.
