S7 HOLDINGS LLC operating as Vegas Offers provides property-inquiry conversations and the inquiry-text program described below. Text messaging is not yet active. For now, please contact us by phone or email.
Your property inquiry
Requesting an offer does not obligate you to sell. An inquiry begins a conversation; it does not generate an instant offer or create a purchase agreement. Sale details, the parties involved, and the agreed terms will be reviewed before you commit.
Address suggestions
When enabled, address suggestions use Google Maps Platform. Your use of this feature is subject to the Google Maps/Google Earth Additional Terms of Service, which are incorporated into these terms. Suggestions help you enter an address; they do not verify ownership, property eligibility, or postal deliverability. Check the selected address and add any unit number before continuing. Manual address entry is also available.
Optional inquiry texts
The initial program covers individual conversations with homeowners who directly request contact and separately opt into inquiry texts. Messages concern your property inquiry, property questions, appointments, and updates about that inquiry. It does not include bulk or promotional messages.
Inquiry texts and marketing calls have separate, optional, unchecked consent choices. Selecting one does not automatically select the other. Inquiry texts are limited to non-marketing communications regarding your submitted property inquiry, appointments, and related updates. Consent is not a condition of requesting an offer, receiving services, or making a purchase. These choices cover Vegas Offers only. Marketing outreach is not active, and selecting the marketing calls choice does not activate it.
Program eligibility: age 18 or older
You must be at least 18 years old to enroll in the Vegas Offers inquiry-text program. By opting in, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.
Frequency, rates, and help
Message frequency varies with your inquiry and conversation. Message and data rates may apply to messages sent or received. Once inquiry texting is available, reply HELP for assistance. You can also contact mike@vegasoffers.cash or 725-337-3809 for support.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Stopping texts and changing preferences
Once inquiry texting is available, reply STOP to 725-337-3809 to end program texts. We will confirm the unsubscribe request by text, then stop program messages unless you opt in again. To rejoin, use the inquiry form to provide a new affirmative inquiry-text opt-in. Submitting another inquiry without text consent does not renew your consent.
You may also ask to stop texts or calls by emailing mike@vegasoffers.cash or telling us during a call. Tell us if your request covers all communication channels.
